    is the Head brewer and Director of the business. He is always on hand to carry out the brewing and is the chief designer of the recipes and marketing. When you book for a brewery tour he is always present and attends as many Meet the Brewer events as he can. Brewing is his passion and this always shines through!

  • Viv Known As Mrs Brad!

    Viv Known As Mrs Brad!

    is based in the office and does Sales, Marketing, and accounts. Viv is also the 2nd delivery driver. Often on deliveries she is accompanied by Lol the brewery spaniel, who when not in the van or truck is asleep under the desk!

    is our delivery driver. The van goes out daily taking the beer in cask or bottle to a range of permanent and one off accounts in a 50 mile radius.

  • Lollie

    Lollie

    Lol is our family and brewery spaniel. She can be found with Viv in the office or with Viv in the delivery van! Offer her a dog chew and she will be your friend for life!

  • Joseph

    Joseph

    assists Brad in the brew house. He is learning the trade from Brad and is involved in all aspects of the brewing process, from cask cleaning, brewing and racking.
